Do
I need a dealers license?
It depends... If your state requires you to have a dealers
license to sell off-road or on-road products you will need
to also fax a copy of your Dealer license. Contact your
state DMV or Division of Licensing to find out if you need
a dealers license to sell our product in your state.
How
much is freight?
$350-$450 per pallet Anywhere inside the U.S. Hawaii &
Alaska are by quote only.
How
many units come on a pallet?
2 to 9 units per pallet. 2 large ATVs 6 small ATVs or 9
Mini Dirt Bikes.
When
does the product ship?
Same day if payment is received by 3pm PST. Otherwise your
order will ship within 24 hrs.
What
if you are out of stock on an item?
When you place your order with us, we will not bill you
until you order is complete, meaning that until we verify
stock you will not be charged.
How
long for delivery?
5-7 Business days depending on where you are in the U.S.
What's
the minimum purchase? Is there a Minimum?
$2500 Minimum MIX-N-MATCH any product on the pricelist
Do
I need to purchase $2500 every time I order?
No... Once you place your initial minimum order you may
order 1 or 100 units at the same pricing level.
How
much do I need to purchase to get MASTER DEALER pricing?
You must order above $10K to be eligible for master dealer
pricing.

can get the same product at ABC Company for 123 price!
We negotiate price according to dealer volume. Meet our
minimums requirements and you'll receive the best price.
What's
your warranty?
6 month Parts Only Warranty on all KMD brand products. 3
months on Roketa brand product. 1 Year on all mopeds and
scooters.
How
is your parts supply? Can I get parts?
YES! Parts are available for every unit we sell. We'll replace
any defective part for free for a period of 30 days after
purchase. Simply order your part, all we ask is that you
send us the defective part, and we'll repair or send you
a new part no questions asked.
What
form of payment do you accept?
Our primary method of payment is by wire transfer. Credit
card for orders under $1000, business checks, and counter
deposit into our business account.
Do
you offer terms? NET 30, CREDIT, FLOORING?
Yes & no... You must be a customer for at least 6 months
before we issue any terms.
What
colors does your atvs/dirt bikes/go karts/scooters come
in?
RED BLUE & BLACK on everything sometimes yellow, green
pink and other misc. CAMO patterns.
Can
I purchase 1 unit as a sample?
Yes... You can pay retail for one unit as a sample, or fax
us your business license and tax certificate and we'll give
you dealer price on the minimum order of $2500 dollars.
Do
you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes to protect ourselves and our
customers from fraud. Sorry. If you live in rural or outlying
areas of your city or town and only have a P.O. Box. You
can still order. You can pick up at the freight carrier
terminal nearest your location. If you paid with credit
card we only ship to the billing address.
How
do I track my shipment once it has been shipped?
We will supply you with a tracking number within 24hrs from
the time the product ships.
How
do I place my order?
